See property sales located on the LotInfo map, showing not only the "what", but also the "where" of recent sales activity
Browse the map for sales activity in similar neighborhoods throughout the city.
Combine SalesLink's sales information with LotInfo's property information,
to find properties that are comparable to your own in every respect:
price, property characteristics and location
The SalesLink map layer color codes lots that have been sold in the past year.
This layer can be turned on or off. When it is active, you can click on a lot,
and the sales tab in the data viewer will display:
The sales price
The date of sale
The seller
The buyer
The sale document number
The lender, if applicable
Where multiple condominium properties share the same lot ,
the SalesLink data viewer displays the information for all condominium sales associated with that lot.
City-wide SalesLink updates are provided quarterly to clients.
Data for the the SalesLink add-on module is provided by Department of Finance.
The locations of current sales are mapped by LotInfo, using the street
addresses of lots from the data provided by Department of Finance.
