LotInfo Lite is a Windows based, one-stop center for mapped
information about New York City properties.
LotInfo Lite uses a block level map of the City's five boroughs to
access financial, ownership, zoning and physical information about
each property in the five boroughs. Individual lots are represented by
symbols, color coded by land use An easy-to-use map interface
provides quick access to detailed property information- both from
LotInfo and from your own sources- together with an overview of
the city's neighborhoods.

LotInfo Lite can be delivered on disk for individual PC use,
or placed on a server or intranet for multiple users.
Browse the map, click on a lot symbol and bring up property information, conveniently arranged by category in the LotInfo
data viewer.
Overlay subway lines and stations on the map, and access average weekday, Saturday and Sunday station ridership by clicking on a subway station.

Call up a map of actual sales transactions during the past year. Lots that have changed hands in the past year are color coded. You can access sales information, including actual sale price, by clicking on a lot. SalesLink data is updated monthly.

The LotInfo Lite base map is a block level map of the city with
streets and street names, parks and park roadways, highways
and shore lines. Individual lots are represented by symbols.
Subway lines and subway stations are color coded and labeled. MTA station ridership figures (average weekday, Saturday and Sunday) appear in the data viewer when you click on a station.
Lot symbols are color coded by general land use category, including
vacant lots. The land use legend can be turned on or off.
Note: Detailed land use categories are displayed in the data viewer
US Census Boundaries, NYC Administrative Districts, Electoral
Districts and Zip codes can be overlaid on the lot level base map, and
turned on or off. District ct boundaries include:

You can order map layers with additional mapped information from LotInfo
(for example: flood plains, business locations, US census geography with
selected demographic data), on a custom basis.
You can automatically add your own property lists to the map from
Excel™ spreadsheets ,Access™ or other databases. Your properties are
automatically placed on a separate layer and are color coded on the
map. Properties can be added, deleted or updated.
You can click on a property of interest and add it to a "my favorites" layer
that can be turned on or off. The selected lots will be automatically color
coded for identification.. You can quickly zoom to any of these lots by
clicking on a "favorites" list, displayed on the left hand side of the screen.
LotInfo Lite's map tools allow you to move around the map, zoom in or out ,
and browse any area of the city for properties of interest.
A key map of the five boroughs allows you to click on a spot within any
Borough, and zoom the map to the corresponding area in the lot level map
You can select a borough, enter an address, street intersection or block-and-
lot number, and zoom the map to the immediate vicinity of the lot.
You can access the desired information for any property in the City by
clicking on a lot on a lot symbol, and then clicking on a tab in the data viewer.
Note: lots with multiple condominium properties have been programmed
to return data for all condominiums associated with the lot.
The measuring tool allows you to measure distances between points on
the map, and adds up line segments to return totals for routes with
multiple segments.
